Fix My CPF ("we", "our") is an independent private service operated by Cartório Brasileiro USA LLC, Florida. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Fix My CPF is not affiliated with the Brazilian government.

1. What we collect

• Intake information: full legal name, mother's full legal name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, CPF status, and a description of your case.
• Documents you send us via WhatsApp: signed FCPF protocol, valid photo ID, selfie holding your ID, proof of address abroad, payment receipt, and, when applicable, marriage certificate, birth certificate, or power of attorney.
• Communications: messages you exchange with our team on WhatsApp or by email.

We do not collect payment card numbers. During our launch phase, payments are made directly through your own bank via Zelle.

2. How we use your data

• To prepare, review, and submit your CPF correction request to Receita Federal through its official channel for residents abroad (cpf.residente.exterior@rfb.gov.br).
• To communicate with you about your case via WhatsApp or email.
• To verify your payment before any document review begins.

3. Sharing

Your data is shared with Receita Federal only as required to process your request. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Storage and security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Documents are exchanged through WhatsApp and email; please send legible copies and keep your own records. We retain your data only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +1 (305) 848-3558. Once your case has been submitted to Receita Federal, records already sent to the authority cannot be recalled.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will always be published at fixmycpf.com/privacy.html.
